If this doesn't

bring about social disorder and civil unrest... then what? As stated in a post above... we should be more advanced than we are. Why are we still stuck with gasoline engines? Why are there no space platforms and moon bases? Simple, capitalism, corporations and apathy of the general public are what keep us from moving ahead.

Now some bonehead will chime up about how capitalism got us to the moon and all... and yet who were the first to win the space race? And now on the technology front we are getting our proverbial @$$'es handed to us by Asia and a goodly portion of Europe. How about our healthcare? For a "superpower" our health care SUCKS!

Bottom line great technologies like this will be stifled because there is no "money" in it. Well if the air is so putrid you can't breathe and the soil so contaminated crops cannot grow, what value does money have then? Bottom line greed is killing the United States and infecting the world.
