- Rhinotek sucks....
- I have personally dealt with Rhinotek in the past and have found them to be overly aggressive towards their marketing and sales. They sent our company a free toner to test with no strings attached, or so they said. The toner cartridge leaked shortly after we started to use it. Their sales dept. said that it never happens...we tried 2 more cartridges and the third one had other issues. Rhinotek's response was "We are going to send you a free Rhinotek T-Shirt, after we get our check from you." I told them, "You mean the toner you said was sent to us to try for free?" I guess the Rhinotek T-shirt we received was to help clean out my HP laserjet that had toner leaked on all the inside parts. From now on its only OEM cartridges for me.... We never have issues with our HP toner.
