Epson is not HP
I work in the same industry as Rhinotek so I have a bit of knowledge here. Epson compatibles are new cartridges! They are made in China by one of a handful of manufacturers. These cartridges are reverse engineered and sold in the US Legaly. If Rhinotek's packages are labeled as the article states then HP has a case and may verywell win.

For more information there is a great advocacy website www.consumerchoice.info/ Take a look there for the companies that are dedicated to selling quality products.
