The Rhinotek ink cartridge boxes that I have seen were clearly labeled as Rhinotek, not HP. I have found several pictures of Rhinotek toner packages, and they are clearly labeled also as Rhinotek. I don't see how anybody could think that they are new HP cartridges. It may not be as obvious that the cartridge shells are recycled, however. Perhaps a customer might think that the cartridge is new, but not genuine HP.
