THE FIRST ONE I SEE AND MY TIVO IS CANCELED!!
I can't speak for everyone else, but I suspect I'm not alone with this sentiment. After being a subscriber for two years, I'm ready to pull the plug(at least the phone line) and do without the convenience and COST of the programming guide. Is this company in so much trouble that they have to disregard it's primary source of revenue, its subscribers???!!! I hope they don't expect too many "lifetime" subscriptions. After this lame curveball, I suspect customer confidence will reach an all time low.
