This ones quite good too Earthshaker from 1989
Bet if you open up one of these there is a motor driving an eccentric weight identical to the one in the PS1:

http://klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=L&game_id=2113

"1989 Earthshaker is a classic pinball game which Williams fitted with a rumble motor, much like those in modern force-feedback controllers. Upon capture of two pinballs in the playfield, the game would exclaim "EARTHSHAKER!!!" and the entire pinball game would rumble. A bonus play mode then follows, releasing three balls onto the playfield, and ending when all three go out of play."

There's also discussions I keep finding about an Atari Force Feedback Joystick from 1983 but I can't find good examples of the joystick mechanism.
