So what about X-Box, GameCube, and all the other consoles out there that will sport force-feedback technology? Will they also be forced (no pun intended) to pay that ridiculous amount of money to Immersion?

And what of Microsoft's joysticks for PC? The various force-feedback ones. (sigh) It seems that our judicial system has struck yet again.
