I have to agree
Something you missed though. Automotive systems have to be
extremely durable. Think of the operating temperatures the
parts must deal with, humidity factors, etc. Last thing I[d want is
to be stuck somewhere due to a computer related "issue". Or to
need a "reboot" on the highway. How about the system being
"hacked" and causing an accident? Cars are transport, they need
to be dependable. As I've said throughout the years, the most
stuff they put into a car, the more there is to go wrong.

Just my 2 cents...
