Apple please don't do this
Why not instead pay your own costs in awarding that logo and try to help people meet the requirements in getting the logo.

I notice little nice things Google does, and think nice thoughts of them and I think that outweighs 90% royalties let alone 10%. People help Google staff because Google does nice things, and I think the same mostly happens for Apple. I think thats what raised Microsoft from its B status in the early 80s.

Positive vibes is worth a lot.
