The days of a free press
have been detroyed by many actions/reports by the free press. Free press does not mean free reign as happens too many times. Irresponsonible journalism runs rampant and the press does little to keep each other in check. With that said, I don't think it should have applied to this case directly but has apparently had an effect on this Judge's ruling.
