- The development of these tools which are being sold seperately from the OS in no way constitute an anti-trust issue. There is no comparison to the EU WMP ruling where bundling the player with the OS caused the unfair playing field. In order for there to be the same problem here these tools would have to be bundled with the OS. I believe Carl was right when he eluded that your dislike of Microsoft has caused you to think irrationally.
