You attribute a lot of power to a company with 3% marketshare
It's hard to follow you sometimes Vily, either Apple is pathetic, with their tiny marketshare and no one can be bothered to write programs for them, or Apple is some sort of world dominating superpower.

Besides, you can't make what these bloggers did into a punishable crime, because you still need to have the ability to attack your enemies through the press, like Bush did with Valerie Plame. You don't really expect to see Bob Novak punished for helping commit treason, do you?
