Question remains
Question remains, which design will have a longer component lifespan, hd or flash? As the density of the IC increases, I'm not certain of flash's tolerance of the repeating read-write cycles.

I'm not making a case for hd, as the constant vibration could potentially be troublesome in the long run. I'm just curious how they compare when they reaches the 5-10Gb level.
