A voyage inside the iPod Shuffle

loss leader: If it is a loss leader then I think the idea would go like this:
Younger drivers buy Honda Civics and Toyota Scions. When they
get older and wealthier they make it upscale to Acrua and Lexus.
A few years from now with more money a shuffle buyer may buy
an iPod Photo. (Which must be dragging the sales down or the
massive price cuts on it would not have happened. Note also if
you want more than 20g of storage that you can only do it with
an iPod Photo.) Also if you go to a Honda dealer to see a Civic
you might drive home an Accord instead. If you go to an Apple
store to look at a $150 shuffle you might come home with a
