I was just wondering why you used "popular mediocre" to describe products that people are buying more of. And "If" you believe that applies to the iPod as well.

No, not really. You have never given any evidence to back up your highly suspect and very broad claim. How are Macs not superior? Are they not superior in every single aspect? Are there some things a Mac can do better than the competition? >>

That was a rhetorical question -- at lease it was ment to be -- its hard to convey it over the net. I'm sorry if I offended you.

Here's a surprise for you. I bough a PowerMac G4 (on sale) just over a year ago and I'm just starting to use it more now. The case is superior not doubt, its heavy as heck though.

Its running 10.2.0 and I tried to load Safari on it but it says I have to run 10.3 or patch it to 10.2.9 (??) or something like that so I don't really know if its better or superior. I don't use FinalCut Pro so I don't know how good that is.

Although I'm relativly new to the Mac, I like OSX almost as much as Win2000... I don't understand why people put down windows so much but the history of Gates and Jobs predate me.

No offense intended.
