For every 1 complaint
There is 100+ customers that stay silent vowing not to buy a Dell ever again. They spread word of month how they were screwed or at least felt screwed. That's extremely harmful to a business if too much of this happens.

Sounds to me like there is a lot complaints. Dell could be in trouble, still it will take years and if they view this a wake up call they can turn things around before it's too late.
