Have they added a bookmark feature yet?

Have they added a bookmark feature yet for non-audible files? That way, if you (for example) record the Howard Stern show and load it to your iPod, you can stop halfway through, listen to some music mp3 files, and then go back to the original file and start from where you left off the first time? This is such an obvious, braindead feature to have, I don't know why all mp3 players don't have this!

Also, what about the ability to just plug it in so it is detected as a removable drive? That way, I don't have to install the crappy iTunes app. (Ok, maybe Apple users think this POS is the greatest thing since sliced bread - the only conclusion I can come to is that the Mac version must be a lot better than the Windows version.)
