Seriosuly...The only point where the iPod really stands above its competetors is its ergonomics. Aside from that, it is extremely overpriced; Creative's Zen line sounds better, iRiver's HP line and some Rio products offer a lot more features (such as using it on any computer as a portable hard drive)...Not to mention the slew of problems with Apple's tech support and the battery replacement scheme concerning the iPod. One of the absolute worst features of the iPod, conspicuously absent from its competitors, is the limiting of file transfers between the ipod and a PC to only 1 computer (unless you feel like erasing your pod and re-transferring the files)
