- Every Dell owner is an idiot? Hardly
- Only the ones who buy the cheapest models and expect to get something worth more are idiots. Dell products have been, in my opinion, very reliable. I am on my third personal Dell laptop. Many family members have Dell PCs. The company I work at is completely Dell equipped, with minimal problems. I don't know how their support is, because I tend to fix my own problems, but if I have had a hardware problem, it was taken care of immediately through Dell. I build my own PCs, but my Dell laptops have served me well for the past several years.
