I'm sure that the masses will clamor for a phone that can be 'tuned' by anyone other than themselves. The only two little problems are the existing phones and having the jamming signal bleed beyond the intended range and interfere with other phones.

But I'm sure that the management at Abu Ghraib will require that every single phone is equipped with this crap.
