Yes as ZDNet often jumps every time MS opens it's mouth... vapourware (ie, the ever-coming, whenever Longhorn... see today's speculation of 7 future versions), Gates "visionary" (usually obvious) announcements, suspect "Rate Gates/Balmer" articles, et al.
