Good developers concerned with cross platform access to their
sites will not use those MS tools to develop their sites. In order
to hit the MAXIMUM possible market, web designers must make
their sites NON browser and NON platform specific. That is the
only way they'll hit 100% possible market availability. Why
anyone would want to make a web site that excludes *literally*
MILLIONS of Mac or Linux users is beyond me. It is just poor
business, especially when there are plenty of other web design
