All wrong
Why just for the iPod? Why don't the car, portable device, and car stereo manufacturers get together and create a standard for connecting porbable music players to car stereo controls? I mean, if they really wanted to create value for their customoers, instead of riding a trend.

This way, I can choose whatever portable music player I want to go with my car.

The last thing I would be doing in my Ferrari is listening to music or fidgeting with the iPod. The sound of the engine is all the background noise you need.
