others don't get it. Europeans get it too, and yet I hear Americans bashing the Europeans for their "laziness" and yet some really awesome technology and even better engineering seems to come from Europe. They seem to be happier to me. I am married to a Spanaird, and she makes more than me (that PHd really seems to help...) and on top of it she is a cancer research scientist, and she still puts in less time than me!
Dual citizenship, she lives here but works for the Spanish government in their cancer research department.
Bottom line is I got it when I was in the Navy putting my @$$ on the line for peanuts, and it cost me my first marriage. Because I put my job first, and the fact that in the 14 years of service, I spent over half of it deployed overseas.
