No spreadsheet so won't replace Office for most
Since it doesn't include a spreadsheet, iWorks won't replace Office for most, although from what I've read Jobs said a spreadsheet is in the works. At that point, we'll see if there's any competition for Office from iWorks.

Also, it will be interesting to see just how well it imports/exports Word files, as even Word itself has problems doing this with Word files from different versions.
