The point of this player is to be tiny and portable. If you want to set up a playlist, do so on iTunes. You can either shuffle song order, or play in the order you've pre-determined.

This is the kind of device joggers wear on their arms. How many joggers are going to quit running to work their way through menus and playlists anyway?
