---For one, I can get a Dell or Creative IPOD for about $150 less than an Apple of the same storage capacity---

Please show me where you can get a Dell or a Creative for $150 less than the $99 iPod described in this article. I knew Dell and Creative were desperate, but didn't realize they were paying people $50 to take their product off their hands.

Then you don't want a Dell or a Creative player either. Both are at least as much, or more encumbered with DRM than an iPod. And neither supports the growing AAC format. Do the Dell players support OGG?
