The most releveant part above is item of information

Definitions aside, I think Apple should get bounced out of court for this one. If the site did not illegally acquire the information, and they are acting as a rumor/news source, then they should be protected under the first amendment of the US Constitution. As such, they should not be forced to reveal their source(s).
