---IPod is just way too easy for music fans to use for sharing files---

How exactly does the iPod make it "too easy" for fans to share files? Isn't the iPod synched up to one computer at a time? Don't you need to track down third party software to copy music files off of an iPod? I think you're confusing a device that's annoyingly protected with something that's entirely out of Apple's control, p2p software and networks.

I'm with you here. "October" had it's moments, but when they stopped being an underdog, and lost all sense of humor about themselves, I stopped listening to them.
