This is information obtained illegally?
If an employee (yours, for example) violates his/her
confidentiality agreement (free speech is NOT guaranteed in all
situations- confidentiality is legal as are suppressing the press
in court cases, naming child offenders, etc.) by giving
ThinkSecret information they are not to have and ThinkSecret
KNOWS that this information has been obtained because a
contract has been broken, then this is indeed a very interesting
court case.

While ThinkSecret is a fan site, it is essentially a corporate spy.
Corporate spying for personal gain is illegal unless you are
doing it to reveal a crime?

Anyway, I understand Apple trying to stop the leaks. Part of the
cache around Apple is its secrecy. Plus, other companies could
react and beat them to the punch before they do their big
launch.

Is this worth a lawsuit? Is this behavior guaranteed free speech?
With a business-friendly Supreme Court, I have a feeling
ThinkSecret will be in trouble.
