The way I look at buisness is this. Buisness as a rule
is not evil nor good. Not intentionaly cruel but will not go out of
it's way to be kind. It is not inhumane, nor is it humane. It is
survival of the fitest simple as that. Human beings are only
necessary cogs in the buisness formular as are pay and benefits.
The moment a business can save or do without any of those
things I listed. Pay, and or benefits or even people themselves
than that will happen! Period end of story. The only time you
may find an ounce of human kindness and consideration is in
smaller buisness models...Once you get into a large organization
you are but a spread sheet figure. The larger the
organization...the less human you become.

Again I don't hink buisness is in and of itself EVIL..but NEVER
expect to find it too be HUMANE and CARING either.
