Apple MUST lose this one.
Free speech is something that should ALWAYS be given the benefit of the doubt in such a case. Why is that? Consider this, if Apple was truly harmed or even destroyed by an article written somewhere, that is a minimal loss to the people of the US, (at least in the grand scheme of things.) however if this form of free speech is lost, it's a right that would be taken from every person in the US and the harm would be massive and possibly irreparable.

The right to express our thoughts, knowledge, opinions, and yes even rumors in both verbal and written form is the basis for all that is America. There is a reason it's the "FIRST ADDMENMENT". Our forefathers quickly seen just how important such a human right this was and is the reason it became part of the Constitution instead of a federal law.

If Apple (or ANY company) has a problem with employees with loose lips, then it's time to find some new ones. But, that is Apple's problem, not the US citizens. The citizen's of the US should never be asked to surrender the right of free speech to any company or organization. The end...
