this could all be a PR tactic. A very stupid PR tactic, yet still a tactic. This will leave a bad taste in a few peoples mouths, but if it works use it. I still dislike the fact that they are filing a suit over a site and it's "hearsay". Don't sue a site over the information they have been given, it's a rumor site, hence the rumors. People go there to check out the gossip of whats going on, and i highly doubt all of the stuff on there everyone believes. Consider this the enquirer of Mac news sites and let people keep their imagination going. It's better to have people imagine owning something thats possibly coming out rather than thinking Apple isn't doing anything and losing customers.

Just my opinion.
