Okay, this is getting a little silly in this particular case. Oooh, the public loses because they can only get new product announcements that are orchestrated by the companies announcing their new products? Big freakin' deal.

That said, it's not great to see Apple suing fan sites. There are many who think this is just part of a PR push for the big announcements tomorrow, and that the lawsuit (at least the one against Think Secret) will be dropped quietly after Apple has milked it to stay in the headlines in articles just like this one.

Or it could just be more of Steve Jobs' control freak paranoia.
