Watching movies and listening to music are to different things. I listen to my iPod every day at work. I can't do the same with the PMC's, unless I'm ready to find a new job. This Like you said will limit its appeal.

But I do think it has potential to take over the portable DVD players space, once price goes down and it becomes easier to transfer movies onto the player.
