- A tablet isn't THAT big

I've seen plenty of people work on a laptop on a bus and train, and those are awkward to work on your lap. A tablet would be much less awkward, plus it's light enough to hold up. Also I've seen people carry portable DVD players on a train. Those can and do sell too, but a tablet can store video on a hard drive, plus eventually technology will allow remote commections by WiMax or some other local broadcast, so you don't need to carry disks. Plus once WiMax is in place, a tablet won't be limited to multimedia, so it'll be more versatile than a portable DVD player.
