Perfect, i was hoping a journalist would reply to this
I work for a PR firm part time. They try their hardest to stop sites like think secret from printing leaked information all the time. They act like its a crime when i ask about stuff like that.

Its great to know that apple doesnt have a leg to stand on. I hope the lawyers crumple them up and toss them away.

One question though:
Can they be sued in civil court? Seeing as they didnt break a law?
