You don't buy a computer expecting a new fancy dust cover is coming...
Video game console and computer are few of the examples that people buy them because those machines will be useful immediately and at the same time knowing that they will use those machines for something exciting in the future.

You do not buy a car because you are expecting a new kind remote garage door will be available. Nor will you buy a new car because a new carpet will enchant you.

The fact that Apple tries to keep their products a secret just puzzles me. No one can compete with them in Mac machine, zero, zip, peroid. Treating all others like thief does not help anyone. One will be even more willing to buy a new Mac machine if they know what kind of products that are going to be available for them in the future.

If Apple tells me: we will have our own Office suite other than AppleWorks and it will offer file format compatibility with all other major Office suites, I have no problem to accept it.

Is it Apple wants that every time when they introduce something, they will only be expecting people saying "Wow! That's way COOOOOL!!"? I start to think maybe Steve Jobs is just a kid that needs other people's compliments all the time to live on.

Apple's products are cool and PC is also fine. Live with the fact and treat your fans nicely. Figure who is the enemy is not so hard to do.
