Bad comparison
Comparing the leaked iMac news to secret military aircraft information that may violate national security isn't comparing apples to apples, if you'll pardon the expression.

At the risk of another automobile anology, a better comparison would be GM suing Road and Track magazine because they released specs on an upcoming vehicle. Something that's done every model year. The automakers don't like it, but they don't go suing over it.
