isn't one of the major things apple was looking for were the sources of the leaks? keep in mind that apple didn't wake and decide to file suit against think secret after a bad night of sleep. according to everything i've read, apple has been attempting to get that sort of information from think secret for a while now, but has been ignored. if think secret it soliciting trade secrets from people who they know (or likely assume) have signed nda's, they may hold some responsibility.
