Depends on the genre ...
Assuming you're interested in the service for music, it depends on what you listen to. For example, for rap/hip hop, I think Sirius has a better selection than XM. But I've been told that XM has country covered better than Sirius. So, saying that one service is better than the other is just too general a statement.
