Interesting question..
In what way? As in I buy an XBox2 game, and I can play it on my PS3? Or the game will be released both for XB2 and PS3?

If the former.. I'll bet it may be possible if the hardware/software is similar enough.. but I think the chances of this being officially supported by Sony and Microsoft are nill. This will require the next generation of "mod chips" to bypass the built-in useage restrictions.

If the latter.. I'll bet we would see more games being made available on both platforms. But rest assured, though, we'll still see "exclusives" on both sides.. even if it would be trivial technically to release the game for the other platform (expect MS/Sony to pay big bucks to stop developers from releasing some key titles for the other platform..)
