Walmart is leading the American middle class
toward a global economy. They may not like it when they arrive.

But it's great to finally have iTMS in Canada! To date, its only
been Puretacks and and a few others who only sell WMA from
sites that are Windows only. Puretracks might survive, but it has
suddenly gotten a lot tougher for them.

I read something the other day where a Puretracks spokesman
was saying that their tracks are higher quality than iTMS. I guess
they're talking about the difference in bitrate, WMAs ripped at
160 while AAC from iTMS are 120 -- Look! this number is
bigger than this number. Hey, it worked for Intel for years. Who
needs truth when misunderstandings will do.

At some point I'd love to see Apple and the record compainies
come up with a sliding scale for pricing tracks and albums; pay a
priemium for current hits and pay less for older/less popular.
