Sony Wega
I have a Sony KV-36XBR450. It's a 36" 4:3 flat screen TV that is 3 years old. With the speed of technological advance in electronics today, I'm in the stone age. That being said, I get HDTV over cable with a digital receiver (the Sony is HDTV ready), run audio through a rockin Klipsch/Harmon Kardon surround system with a really good DVD player and use a Harmony SST-659 remote and I haven't seen a plasma or LCD tv for under 10 grand that I would trade for. I would, however, happily trade for a 40" Sony widescreen CRT if they make one that big.

The other factor to consider is I have a 25 year old Trinitron I use in my work shed that still has a very good quality picture. How many of those 3 to 10 thousand dollar+ plasmas will be working in 25 years.
