I don't understand
Why you don't just move camp to CES. But I live in Ireland and have never been to either Comdex or CES.

I used to be in a similar situation to yours perhaps.
I agree about one such show per year had to be enough. The more bases covered in the same trip the better and the more diverse (bigger) the event the better your chance of finding something useful that you previously may not have heard of. In my case it was peer to peer with lantastic.
