- Few tears shed for canceled Comdex
-
Few tears shed for you...
Your comments are typical of Media Snobbery, that for years complained that COMDEX was tooooo big.
Which made no sense to me... heck you knew what kind of show you were going to when you got on the plane.
You dont hear CES attendees, or press whining that its too big.
They revel in its hugeness
Well you got your wish... Is it small enough now?
I miss COMDEX in a bad way, its where I made most of my product decisions, because EVERYTHING was there and I COULD COMPARE. Its hard to get a hands on look at a product in a CDW catalog, but somehow you media pukes dont seem to get this point. I cant go to every "focused" event, one for printers, one for security, one for blah, and one for blah...
I DONT HAVE THE MONEY... but I could eeek out some funds for COMDEX, because even my boss knew that it was THE computer show in the world.
Miss it... I miss it in a bad way...
Too bad for you. - Posted by: cladel Posted on: 11/18/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
