Re: Red Hat supports non Red Hat distro's???
Red hat supports their operating system. Period. There is credible support for any and all Linux distributions, including roll your own distributions both free ala forums on the net and usenet as well as 24/7 paid support. And the people you talk to KNOW linux, the inner workings and are not reading from a troubleshooting script. Far, far superior to the support you get from either Microsoft or Apple. Linux is coming into its own, and will be a credible competitor to both Microsoft and Apple. Great for the industry and super great for the consumer.
