Thank you Steve Jobs
For the murder of the Apple Newton - allowing M$ to gain a strong foothold in the handheld market. Are you willing to sell that Newton OS now that its 7 years out of date? What you CAN'T because its in a secret agreement with M$? Oh Steve, was it really worth it to sell your soul to the devil?

As for Palm, they face the same problem that Apple faces - Should Apple come out with an x86 version of OS X? How would they make up for that large hardware markup that would be lost? In Palm's case, if you went with M$ software, then what distinguishes you from any other handheld? Why wouldn't Palm (hardware div.) just bypass you come 2006, and go directly with M$? What else do you sell that M$ doesn't offer? Grafitti? HAH! 1994 technology! Don't drink the Kool-Aide, Palm Source!
