Convergence on Microsoft products
So Sony and Sharp are pulling out of retail and even Palm is looking at Microsoft. And business sales are contingent on working with Exchange.

Shows that software connects with software, and the software winner is the company with a lot of products that can connect easily. And that business ends up being a more significant market than home use.

Microsoft should have a competitor able to expand as easily and relentlessly, with as much determination as they have. They should, but don't.
