Most of us know it's not adviseable to immerse oneself in a large body of water when one can't swim. But we're not talking about cell-phone users doing anything that they shouldn't do, here. It may be true that this is a one-in-a-million kind of occurrence, but don't you think it is at least a danger that people should be made aware of?
